What’s the difference between Fonia Internet plans?
Every Fonia SIM plan includes unlimited calls, SMS and MMS, access to the cashback & coupons app, roaming, and 5G internet.
The difference lies in the amount of data included in each plan – 31 GB, 100 GB, or 500 GB, as well as the amount of international roaming.
Fonia also offers dedicated mobile internet plans with 200 GB and 500 GB of data.
Fonia’s network is only availabe in Poland. But you can usa a roaming in the European Union.
How does the Fonia Internet ordering process work?
Choose one of the Fonia SIM plans, sign up, and fill out the form with your correct details. After completing the payment, you’ll be asked to verify your identity via mojeID.
If the verification is successful – that’s it! Your SIM card will be on its way to you.

How does Fonia work?
Fonia is neither a prepaid card nor a traditional contract. Instead, we’ve taken the best of both and built a subscription model – just like streaming or music services.
Join whenever you want, in a simple and hassle-free way! No unnecessary paperwork, with full flexibility to change your plan or billing period whenever you need.
Do I need to contact my current operator to transfer my number?
No. Simply enter your number during the ordering process, select your current operator and the transfer date – we’ll handle the rest for you.
You’ll get an SMS notification once the transfer is complete. Easy, right?
Is roaming included?
Yes. Every plan comes with a dedicated amount of EU roaming:
31 GB plan → 5.81 GB roaming in the EU
100 GB plan → 15.49 GB roaming in the EU
500 GB plan → 26.70 GB roaming in the EU
How will I receive my SIM card?
Your SIM card will be delivered to the address you provided in the form. Delivery is free of charge and takes up to five business days, though it usually arrives sooner.
If you chose eSIM, you’ll receive an email with a QR code and instructions immediately after completing the payment and verifying your identity.
Which mobile network does Fonia use?
Fonia runs on the infrastructure of Orange and Plus. You can choose your preferred network when placing your order.
What is the payment frequency?
When choosing a plan, you also select your subscription model. You can choose between monthly, quarterly, or yearly payments.
Why do I need to provide my personal details?
Providing your personal information (including your PESEL number) is a legal requirement. All SIM cards in Poland must be registered, which is why identity verification via the trusted mojeID platform is necessary.
By verifying this way, you don’t even need to leave your chair!
Can I change my plan during the subscription?
Yes. You can change your plan anytime in the Zmień plan section. The new plan will take effect either on the first day of the next month or at the end of your current subscription period.
